Vasilena was so responsive to what we needed then the dealership which is 10 minutes from our house. It was so nice to work with a salesperson willing to go the extra mile for us. Vasili our Audi sales Specialist took care of us with every question we had during the sales processes and got us the best deal we could find. Since then it has been about 1 year.. and the service contin every question we had during the sales processes and got us the best deal we could find. Since then it has been about 1 year.. and the service continues to be AMAZING! Shawn Burns and the service team (it is clear the work as a team) are very attentive and handle every little detail before I even ask. When I do ask, it’s already taken care of. Shawn is very proactive. I choose to go to this dealer for service even though there is a Reeves dealer closer to me (never going there). The vehicle pick up and drop off service is the best.
