Year and half into my lease and no regrets!! Excellent Service I called my regular service advisor, Mandy Walters, and explained the problem my vehicle was having. She set up an appointment at a convenient time fo I called my regular service advisor, Mandy Walters, and explained the problem my vehicle was having. She set up an appointment at a convenient time for me and reserved a loaner for me since she anticipated that it would take time to resolve. Since she was going to be out of town, she referred my appointment to Justyn Ross. Justyn was prepared to meet my needs and had the service manager ride with me to assess the problem before leaving my vehicle. He also checked for updates that needed to be completed and did a multi-point inspection since I would be traveling soon. Justyn called me and updated me when he said he would and had my vehicle ready when it was promised. The service was done quickly and resolved the problem. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend them!!! More

Starting with our first emails and texts, Tate exhibited excellent Tate Dimke at Audi Clearwater made buying my first Audi an exceptional experience. Starting with our first emails and texts, Tate exhibited excellent communication skills that were prompt, professional and informative. When I arrived at Audi he had the exact Q5 I was interested in ready and waiting. Tate had an in-depth knowledge of the Q5 and the hands-on experience during the test drive was invaluable. As I debated exterior and interior color Tate brought the other Q5 I was considering for a side by side comparison. I was accompanied on my first visit with my college aged son and Tate was an active listener and developed a great rapport with both of us. Before I left I met JB Biewend the General Sales Manager whose personality and offer exceeded my expectations. Both Tate and JB did not pressure me into a decision and understood my need to think it over. I returned the next day with my husband and again Tate devoted extra time and care providing us with a second test drive and a detailed review of the Q5’ s features. Tate’s style was approachable, respectful and friendly and helped make our decision an easy one. The entire team made the process stress free and pleasurable including Phyllis and Chris Grow from the Finance Department. Before we left Tate remembered a small detail. My son commented on wanting an Audi coffee mug our first visit and as Tate presented us with our keys to our new Q5 he gave us a mug too. A small detail but illustrates that Tate is not just about selling cars but building relationships. This is truly our family’s summer of Audi! Thank you to Tate Dimke and the Clearwater Team! More
