Steve is the best sales rep I went in 3 months ago to custom order an Audi Q8, Steve Yeager was very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable and was an easy buying experience. no I went in 3 months ago to custom order an Audi Q8, Steve Yeager was very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable and was an easy buying experience. no hassle no spam in our communications going back and forth Chris the fiance manager closed the deal while I was away for surgery, all paperwork was ready and done didn't up sell me anything during the closing. I will never shop at reeves again after seeing true non pushy sales rep who don't have their nose stuck in the air. Thank you Steve! And thank you for the goodies. Bought an Audi Q5 I had my A4 convertible in for service. Upon showing interest in the Q5, my service advisor Andrew Walker brought me over to Jess Ferraro in the sales I had my A4 convertible in for service. Upon showing interest in the Q5, my service advisor Andrew Walker brought me over to Jess Ferraro in the sales department. What a great experience working with Jess! She is very knowledgeable about the Q5 and went over the vehicle thoroughly with me. This of course made purchasing it a very smooth process. The manager, JB Biewend was so pleasant, and is so easy to work with. We did not feel "pressured" into buying the vehicle. Everyone was smiling when the deal was finished! At the end of the day, both my husband and I feel we received a very fair price on my new Audi. The entire team treated us so well that we will absolutely recommend Audi Clearwater to everyone we know. More
