1st time service @ Audi Clearwater I spoke with Jessica Geneva prior to confirming an appointment as I wanted to have 2 outstanding recall services completed at the same time as the mai I spoke with Jessica Geneva prior to confirming an appointment as I wanted to have 2 outstanding recall services completed at the same time as the maintenance service I needed done. We arranged a time and she estimated the time for the services to be completed, Jessica arranged to have a shuttle drop and pick me up at the near by mall while the service was being preformed. When I arrived Jessica informed me that though they had both parts required for my recall services when I made the appointment one of the items was now no longer available. She looked into when it would become available, which was the following day. She arranged for a rental car at no cost to me since I would now need to leave my car for service to be done the following day as well once the required recall part came in. Jessica kept me up to date via calls, emails and text on the progress and completion of my service. She took care to rectify the issue with the no longer available recall part by providing me with a rental and getting the service completed as soon as possible. I will return for future service needs and do recommend Audi of Clearwater for service. More
