Not the greatest experience I took my car in to have an issue looked at. I was informed the issue was not covered warranty and the service. I was offered to pay for the part out I took my car in to have an issue looked at. I was informed the issue was not covered warranty and the service. I was offered to pay for the part out of pocket and I declined. When I went to pick up my car there were two scratches on my car, one of them being on my windshield right on the line of view when I’m driving. The manager at Audi stated he can’t fix it until 1/29 at the earliest. Not very pleased with this experience. More

Van Cabral was well prepared for my visit, patient with my questions and knowledgeable about the nuances and differences between the models I reviewed before purchase. Mandy Walters was also an asset with her insights into warranty, maintenance and service issues with the various cars. And I need to mention Chris Grow, too, for being efficient and organized during the closing process. Overall, a fantastic buying experience that went quickly and painlessly. I have had some experiences with other Audi dealerships in the Tampa Bay area and Clearwater Audi is the best by a wide margin! More
Warning: read before you lease! I am posting a review of my experience at this Audi dealer along with my reason for not buying here. I found that this dealer inflates the money facto I am posting a review of my experience at this Audi dealer along with my reason for not buying here. I found that this dealer inflates the money factor (interest rate) used for lease calculations. They also under estimate the residual value. The net result is significantly higher lease payments. I went to a different Audi dealer and got substantially different numbers quoted to me. When I questioned the sales person about this later, suddenly the MF was lower and the lease payments changed by about $200/mo! This dealership makes a boatload counting on lessees not understanding lease financing. Only if you question them will they give you the right MF and residual rate. This speaks to a lack of honesty and integrity on the part of the dealership and finance manager and is not the type of dealer I want to do business with. On top of that, the salesperson, Jessica Ferraro, while nice enough, did not know many of the car features. How do you not know whether the Q8 is 4,6 or 8 cylinders??? How do you not know what ACC stands for (Adaptive Cruise Control)? It was apparent that this salesperson does not know all the features of the vehicle. Moreover, I was at the dealer in the evening then came back the very next day and she couldn't even remember what car I was interested in. She had no notes and seemed not to even remember me. The showroom is beautiful but don't get fooled by that. By the way, I was asked by Jessica Ferraro to submit a "positive review" and cut and paste it on multiple sites, even though I didn't buy a car there, which suggests that many/most of this dealers positive reviews were solicited rather than organic. I hate to be asked for positive reviews rather than honest reviews. A dealer should want honest reviews so they can improve, not positive reviews so they can pat themselves on the back. Bottom line: there are dealers with more integrity and knowledge out there. Update: After posting my review on this site, I received a very nasty email from the salesperson urging me to delete it. This now leaves an even more bitter taste in my mouth for this dealership. More
