Brought it in at their scheduled time they had it for a day. Did not fix it. Gave me a sing and dance but no relief. Next move they said they would pick up the car get it fixed and bring it back. Of course they did no. Such thing. Never showed. You call Audi USA they blow you off saying it is a dealership problem. We took a ride down there on a Sunday, when they were closed, to take a look around in order to get an idea of what I liked. We found the perfect car, looked it up online through the Audi Clearwater website where we left my information in order to be contacted by a sales rep. A sales rep, Jessica Ferraro, sent me a text shortly thereafter inviting me to come down and test drive the car. I made an appointment with her the very next day. Upon meeting her, she greeted us with a smile and welcomed us in. She lead us over to the car and started explaining all of its features. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle which was impressive. She continued sharing her knowledge throughout the duration of our visit. After test driving the car, we knew we wanted it. Jess did everything to make it happen and we left that day with the car of my dreams. The Audi Clearwater staff has been truly exceptional throughout this simple process and I would highly recommend it! More
