Purchase of a 2019 Q7 I had looked online at their inventory of Q7s and was focused on a particular vehicle I contacted the dealership and Ryan Wolfe set up an appointment I had looked online at their inventory of Q7s and was focused on a particular vehicle I contacted the dealership and Ryan Wolfe set up an appointment for us to look over this Q7. When we arrived we were met by Jessica Ferraro. Jessica showed us the vehicle , explained a lot of its features, then took us for a test drive while further explaining more of its features. She was very friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the Q7. I can realistically say that Jessica was one of the factors in our decision to deal with Audi Clearwater. The manager, JeanMarc Biewend, helped us reach a fair and reasonable purchase price. Chris Grow made the transaction smooth and timely. When we took delivery Jessica made sure to explain further the operation of the vehicle and answered whatever questions that we had. Ridiculous First I almost never write a review. We got a recall for a Q-5. The recalled said if we don’t get it fixed, if the suv is garaged then it could catch First I almost never write a review. We got a recall for a Q-5. The recalled said if we don’t get it fixed, if the suv is garaged then it could catch on fire. I thought that was serious. Brought it in at their scheduled time they had it for a day. Did not fix it. Gave me a sing and dance but no relief. Next move they said they would pick up the car get it fixed and bring it back. Of course they did no. Such thing. Never showed. You call Audi USA they blow you off saying it is a dealership problem. Maybe don’t take the SUV there and maybe think twice before buying an Audi More

Truly the perfect experience! My husband and I were looking for a new car and we happened to look into Audi Clearwater in order for me to obtain my dream care. We took a ride down there on a Sunday, when they were closed, to take a look around in order to get an idea of what I liked. We found the perfect car, looked it up online through the Audi Clearwater website where we left my information in order to be contacted by a sales rep. A sales rep, Jessica Ferraro, sent me a text shortly thereafter inviting me to come down and test drive the car. I made an appointment with her the very next day. Upon meeting her, she greeted us with a smile and welcomed us in. She lead us over to the car and started explaining all of its features. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle which was impressive. She continued sharing her knowledge throughout the duration of our visit. After test driving the car, we knew we wanted it. Jess did everything to make it happen and we left that day with the car of my dreams.
