Sylvia Whelan was who I dealt with during the entire process and I could not have asked for a better saleswoman. I have zero complaints. Sylvia was able to secure the exact vehicle I wanted even though it was not at the Clearwater dealership and she did it amazingly fast. Great experience working with Henry Hasbun I stopped by Audi Clearwater a couple months ago and was immediately greeted by Henry Hasbun who took the time to show me the cars and walk me thru th I stopped by Audi Clearwater a couple months ago and was immediately greeted by Henry Hasbun who took the time to show me the cars and walk me thru the different packages, options etc. even though I was just there "to look" at that point. Henry was again very friendly when I brought the family over to show them the car I was interested in, making sure everybody was comfortable and answering all the questions we had. Never felt pushed to make a purchase decision and once I was ready to make the move, Henry helped make the process super smooth just by exchanging emails (I travel quite a bit for work so I much prefer working over emails rather than dealing with pushy sales associate over the phone). He took care of all the paperwork ahead of time which saved tons of time on purchase date. Got exactly the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I highly recommend Audi Clearwater and recommend you ask for Henry Hasbun if you are looking for someone who is: reliable, knowledgeable, super responsive and honest. Thanks again! More
