Great effort My wife and I came to test sit the Audi A4 and A5 as a comparison to the BMW 3 series. We were visiting from Idaho .Both of us were seeking a car wh My wife and I came to test sit the Audi A4 and A5 as a comparison to the BMW 3 series. We were visiting from Idaho .Both of us were seeking a car whose seat comfort met my wife's needs. We met with Jessica who demo-ed a series of A4 /5 vehicles. She was extremely knowledgeable about both products. When those didn't meet our needs she consulted with sales manager JB. He offered an A6 as an alternate even offering to allow us to keep it overnight. They were both enthusiastically trying to meet our desires. Unfortunately they were not successful but sent us on our way with a cheerful smile.They should be commended for their outstanding efforts at providing excellent customer service. We actually did purchase a vehicle while in Florida. More

I was greeted by Ryan Wolfe, who was by far one of the most pleasant, humble, and friendly people (let alone salesman) that I've encountered in my month long search for a new car. He was very knowledged about each model, trim, and their differences and we were able to find the right model, color, and trim that suited me. Ryan followed up and reached out to me, working very well around my busy schedule to make the entire car buying experience as stress-free as possible.
