The next thing that caught my eye was the customer service that all people involved served up to me. My Honda Pilot was totaled in an accident and I was in the market for a new one. After research I found what I was looking for here. Needless to say JESS FERRARO was friendly, professional, courteous and every other adjective that you could think of as a salesperson. No pressure sale from anyone from Jess to Ted Parks (sales lead) to Natali Wood (finance) aka”Magna Society “. Jess worked to get the deal that both of us felt good about. Excellent Customer Service I dealt with George Rangelov on finding a new Audi A6. He was fantastic and went above and beyond. I picked my car after a very pleasant time test dri I dealt with George Rangelov on finding a new Audi A6. He was fantastic and went above and beyond. I picked my car after a very pleasant time test driving but they did not have the one I wanted in stock. I had to turn my previous leased vehicle in and I was without a vehicle. George and David, the manager, rented a car for me to use until mine arrived. George was very knowledgeable about all of the cars I asked about and showed me how to use all of the "bells and whistles" on mine when I picked it up. I have leased my last 2 cars with them even though I have to drive over 1 1/2 hours to get there as they have exceptional customer service. I will see them when it is time for another car. Great team! More
