Service at Dealership, Organize, Efficient and great service This was my first visit for maintenance on a 2018 Audi Q5. I had gone in for 2 reasons. First oil change for the Q5 and a tail light lenses that had a This was my first visit for maintenance on a 2018 Audi Q5. I had gone in for 2 reasons. First oil change for the Q5 and a tail light lenses that had a crack. The dealership took a look at the lenses and let me know they would replace it no charge. I was not sure how the crack had occurred or if it was there when I got the SUV. I offered to split the cost but the Service Manager and Service Advisor Christopher Gibson refused the offer and said it would be taken care of. I was very impressed with that response and appreciated the way they handled the problem. I was also impressed on how efficient the service was performed. They did the oil change, replaced the lenses and washed the vehicle in less than 1.5 hours. More

They were very courteous and knowledgeable and treated me honestly and professionally, without the pressure and any rushing. Great Salesperson Ryan Wolfe treated me like a customer should be treated. He followed up on an inquiry I made late Sunday night that evening. I arrived at the dealership the next day and test drive the car within five minutes of my arrival and he provided me with all the info about the car and a fair price within 30 minutes.
