How service should be defined at all businesses! I recently had my Audi A6 in for a recall repair at Crown Audi and once again was treated by Mandy Walters and Crown like I would hope to be treated a I recently had my Audi A6 in for a recall repair at Crown Audi and once again was treated by Mandy Walters and Crown like I would hope to be treated at any entity that I do business with but which takes place very infrequently. Mandy always greets me with a positive attitude and a desire for me to leave the dealership when my car is serviced feeling good about the experience. I always make a reservation ahead of time when I take my car in and I always make my reservation with Mandy. I am positive her peers also do a very good job but as far as I am concerned Mandy is the best. My hat goes off to Crown and my hat goes off to Mandy. More
