Friendly, polite, and hassle free! I drove all the way up to Clearwater to purchase a used A3. Very good experience Found vehicle through TrueCar, was contacted by Bradley through email, asked and received quote, visited after work same day and test-drove vehicle. P Found vehicle through TrueCar, was contacted by Bradley through email, asked and received quote, visited after work same day and test-drove vehicle. Price as on the quote Bradley sent me but of course tags, title, sales tax had to be added. Sales manager (sorry not sure of the name, Sylvia I think,) advised that she could ask the bank to increase the amount I had on the draft I had from the bank to include the entire amount so as not to split payment; I suppose the bank must have agreed regardless of the lateness of time. She completed paperwork, car was detailed while doing paperwork, delivered, drove off in about two to two and a half hours. May be a touch too long, but we were offered refreshments and snacks at least two or three times and Bradley was very attentive to us. Also, I am sure the wait to detail the (already clean) car and get approval from the new amount from the bank made for a longer process. Car seems very nice and I am very happy at least so far. Transaction took place just five days ago. More
