Emergency Service Starter on my 2011 S5 went out Saturday afternoon. I could not schedule an appointment with Clearwater Audi, they were booked all week. Emailed my Ser Starter on my 2011 S5 went out Saturday afternoon. I could not schedule an appointment with Clearwater Audi, they were booked all week. Emailed my Service Guru- Mandy, who responded via email on her day off. She replied have the vehicle towed and we will get to it ASAP. Luckily received a loaner and car repair was covered under my extended warranty. Follow up and communication always stellar with Mandy. I have owned (3) A4's, (1) S4 and (2) S5 Cabrios, all quattro AWD, most used or cert/pre owned. I always have my cars serviced by Clearwater Audi. More

Also, if there is a problem with your car, you can always go back to Bob for help, which is typically unnecessary as the service department has been great for us.
