Mary Jones is the best! I was not sure what a wanted -- new or certified pre-owned and Mary showed me great examples of both and I test drove them. I had the feeling she would spend as much time as needed with me. I could have test driven more cars if I had wanted to. She gave me lots of pertinent information that helped me choose between Audi and Mercedes. David also came to meet me and I asked hi to tell me the best deal he could give me before I went back to Mercedes to look at an option there again -- and he offered me a super deal on a brand new Audi! When I slept on it, there was no doubt -- I returned to buy the Audi and Mary spent as much time as I needed to explain all the options and how they worked and invited me back for another technology lesson, and I took her up on it. A week later, I was experiencing a problem with the door locks and she had me come right in and it turned out to be user error, so she explained what I needed to know. She was the best car salesperson I have had the pleasure to deal with! More

Mandy Walter's knows me, my car, and my youngest son like the back of her hand. When I brought the car in for a detail she made sure that it was spotless! She even checked the car over again and found that the detailers missed a spot and knew immediately that I would not be satisfied with the outcome. So, she took the car back to the detailers and told them to FIX IT. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL KNOWING YOUR CLIENT! Mandy and Crown Audi are the best and treat me like family, yes family! I will never leave the Audi Brand and will continue driving past the Tampa Audi from East Brandon to get to CROWN! Lastly, AUDI CONNECT is the greatest! I never knew that such great service extended over to the Road Side Assistance. I found that out last September when I needed the service. I was so ecstatic to find that Sarasota Audi had the same attitude as Crown, which is to make the client comfortable and whole.
