I witnessed Mandy being so sincerely kind to a man that was in waiting area and was wet (it was raining), cold, and hungry. She gave him a bag and a sweatshirt. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Exceptional service- Pranav Patel I had water leaking into the car from he AC unit. Called Audi Clearwater and the earliest possible appointment was a week away. Spoke to Shaun Mathena I had water leaking into the car from he AC unit. Called Audi Clearwater and the earliest possible appointment was a week away. Spoke to Shaun Mathena who went above any beyond and asked me to come in as soon as possible without an appointment to avoid water damage. Provided a loaner vehicle without an appointment. He went above and beyond to acoomodate me. When I returned the loaner I forgot to take my garage door remote. Called him and he arranged it to be mailed back to me. Again needless to say he went above and beyond away from his realm of responsibilities to make sure I was take care of.. Keep up the phenomenal customer service.. More
