An excellent experience Josh Tator greeted us on the first day we entered the Crown showroom. We had been to the Tampa Auto Show, and we were following up on our interest in Josh Tator greeted us on the first day we entered the Crown showroom. We had been to the Tampa Auto Show, and we were following up on our interest in a vehicle we spotted there. Josh is a good listener and did a nice job of matching our needs to the best vehicle for us. My wife suffered a spinal cord injury 2 decades ago, and remains sensitive to vibration and movement, so we were looking for a vehicle that she cold "slide into" vs. having to boost up, and we needed a soft ride. We chose the Q3, but as we started the test drive, the ride was too rough and we had to cut the test drive short. Josh diagnosed the problem: We needed a different version of the Q3 that had a softer ride, He ordered it and got it in for us to test drive. Through the whole process, Josh touched base with us via email and text. We never felt "forgotten". Thank you, Josh, for your professionalism. Happy New Year! More
