Joe Haig and crew didn't play games (i.e. going back to the decision maker in another office mu As good of a car buying experience as I can remember. Joe Haig and crew didn't play games (i.e. going back to the decision maker in another office multiple times) and seemed genuinely interested in reaching a fair deal. The car was purchased prior to being certified in which the certification process took a couple extra days. To my surprise (as we had already agreed to price), the certifying resulted in 4 new tires and a new front end piece (as a previous license plate had slightly damaged it). I don't know of many other used car salesman/dealerships that would have spent the additional time and money to make the car perfect. I definitely recommend Crown Audi and Joe Haig. More

This would be the first time my mother would purchase a car alone since my father's passing. From the beginning we noticed George's pleasant, patient personality. George was very patient with us during the test drive and passed on the features of the car while we drove. George's enthusiasm of the Audi product became ours as well. George helped us make our way through the many decisions not only choosing the vehicle, but then showing us numerous vehicles until we found the exact color and features she desired. We surprisingly ended up enjoying the experience of purchasing a new car and it was entirely due to George Rangelov. I believe that George will have a long, prosperous career with Audi.
