Best car buying experience ever! I had shopped many cars and was ready to make a decision. I recommended by 2 friends to get an Audi. When I went in the dealership I was immediately I had shopped many cars and was ready to make a decision. I recommended by 2 friends to get an Audi. When I went in the dealership I was immediately greeted by Joe Haig. I explained my needs, wants, don't wants and no need for the sales pitch. He listened and put me the best SUV, in about 5 he time I allotted for buying a car. He was exceptional and gracious to listening and not once was pushy. I was then introduced to Mr Jean-Marc Biewend who stopped by Joe's desk to see if everything was ok and confirmed I was in good hands. Then I was sent to Preston. He graciously and quickly went thru forms for signature and I was out the door. I couldn't have asked for better service. When i returned to day with a question, i was immediately attended to by at least 3 people. They exceed in their customer service and it shows! One happy customer here!! More

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! I just picked up my fourth Audi from Crown Audi. Bob Kimball was our Audi Brand Specialist , a well deserved title, who helped make the experience painless and actually enjoyable. I like most people dread the process of buying an automobile, until this time. No stress, just sat down with a good friend and received a fair deal on exactly what I wanted. Also would like to give a BIG thank you to the Audi Sales Manager Jean Marc Biewend who was so instrumental in making the entire experience truly memorable ( in a GOOD way). We of course will be back to work with both of these gentlemen when it is time to make our next Audi purchase! So what about you when your looking for your next car don't waste your time going anywhere else just come and see these two guys ! More

Joe Haig and crew didn't play games (i.e. going back to the decision maker in another office multiple times) and seemed genuinely interested in reaching a fair deal. The car was purchased prior to being certified in which the certification process took a couple extra days. To my surprise (as we had already agreed to price), the certifying resulted in 4 new tires and a new front end piece (as a previous license plate had slightly damaged it). I don't know of many other used car salesman/dealerships that would have spent the additional time and money to make the car perfect. I definitely recommend Crown Audi and Joe Haig. More

Great experience If there is one thing I think of as an unpleasant, but necessary, undertaking its's buying a new car. If your looking for a delightful, no pressure sales approach to buying a top notch vehicle, she's the one for you. I also met Mandy from the service department who offered me a free car wash whenever I was around the shop. She seemed very nice also. More
