He is truly THE MAN when it comes to knowing his vehicles, not pressuring his clients, and giving the client 100% true customer service. Here is the shorten version of my experience. I went into another Audi dealership in the Tampa Bay area and got the cold shoulder from the sales folks there. So, I went online and viewed some of Crown's stock and decided to take a trip over the water (I live east of I-75, if that gives you some idea). I shopped for Audi's in the Atlanta area too and was planning a trip to my sister's house and was going to stop by one to see what they had in stock. When I walked into the Clearwater Crown Audi's showroom I asked the receptionist to get me a salesperson that is quick on his feet and someone who can get me what I want. Peter quickly stepped up and took charge of my request. His first question was "what are you looking for"? As we were talking he asked me "Have you ever driven an Audi?" to which I told him "no". Right then he took me for a test drive and showed me all of the perks of owning one. My 2015 was delivered to the dealership and I took ownership in 2 days. It has been a thrill ever since! Believe me when I say that so many people ask me where I got my vehicle because they love it, I have to tell them the story of how Peter came into my life. True accolades go to Preston, Antoine, Mandy, and Phyllis too! They are wonderful folks and truly exemplifies how true customer service should be done. I am so spoiled by all of these people and can not stand to get my other vehicles serviced because they can not stand up to Crown Audi's employee attitudes to make the customer #1! George was so responsive and helpful in getting us comfortable with the A7, that we made the transaction without having to leave the east coast. It all was done by Internet, and personal attention immediately by phone or Text or Email!. He put a lot of time and energy finding the car, even out of state, sent us photos and co-ordinated everything, making it a wonderful experience from start to finish.
