"Class A Customer Service" "I am totally impress with Crown Audi Customer Service" I've had my Audi A5 for a year and each time I've taken it to the Service Department for mi "I am totally impress with Crown Audi Customer Service" I've had my Audi A5 for a year and each time I've taken it to the Service Department for minor things and not so minor, Antoine has been right there for me. On 1/19/15 I took a chance to bring the car in for an oil change and Antoine explained that there was another problem. He was friendly, courteous (as always) and very detailed in ensuring I understood what was happening. I really appreciated the fact that he took my husband and myself to the service area and we were told by the mechanics what type of repair was needed. We decided to go ahead and fix the problem while I had the time to do so. Although the process of providing us with a rental, and coming in without an appointment took a couple of hours, we were treated with the utmost respect (as usual). I'm a stickler for A plus customer service as this is my background of expertise and I'm totally impressed with Crown's Service Department.
