We recently bought my wife a new car a few weeks ago from another dealer and the experience was not very pleasant but it was a car that she really wanted so we really had no choice. The experience with Crown was so much better. I had a simple conversation on the phone with Dan before driving in to make my purchase. They dont play the typical dealer games and as long as you are a reasonable person they will be the same back. What sets Dan out is his willingness to always be reachable. Whether it was after hours, on a weekend, or on his day off he was always in contact me to make sure I was completely satisified with my vehicle. I am one that likes to change cars pretty often so going forward all of my purchases will be made with Dan at Crown. This dealership just gets it and is all about the customer experience. Even the finance manage was a pleasure to deal with. Usually they always try and pressure you with the add ons after the sale but this time they didnt. They did explain my options and asked if I was interested but when I said no thanks they kept going on with the sale without pressuring or asking why not. On the day of purchase I was in and out within an hour. He made things fast and easy. George also made sure before i drove off the lot that I knew how to use every function the car had to offer. He even went out of his way to find stations I liked on my satellite radio.
