After a personal visit there to buy a car, then a phone call, then an email with no response, I decided to give the good folks at Crown a call instead. Turns out it was the best decision I've made in a long time. I contacted Crown by email and Stephen contacted me within the hour. Pleasant surprise number one. I met with him the following day and he was all smiles and very welcoming. Pleasant surprise number two. After a discussion of my wish list he came up with three vehicles to review. Pleasant surprise number three. The first 2012 A6 he showed me was exactly what I was looking for. No need to look any further. Pleasant surprise number four. Price? Perfect-exactly what I had in mind. Pleasant surprise number five. Trade In price? Perfect. Pleasant surprise number six. Get where I'm going with this? I think I have about 20 more pleasant surprises on the list but I'll stop here to make a long story short. When you decide to buy your next car give the Audi line a look. In my humble opinion they've become the best cars on the road (and I've had the Porsches and the BMW's, etc.). And more importantly, if you don't buy or lease it from Crown you're making a huge mistake. Hands down they are the best dealership that I've been to in the State of Florida.
