The finance guy, Paul was also very cordial and professional in the efficient processing of our purchase and trade, completing all the paperwork in probably less than fifteen minutes, while still taking the time to thoroughly explain each document that was processed and/ or signed. I had been in my current car for a while and it was time to move on. I've not had good experiences the last two car purchases and I refused to return to those dealers. I've been consdering several cars, but had my eye on the A6. I'd seen it on the road and read great things about it. My wife and I visited Crown Audi a couple weeks ago to get a better understanding of the A6. We were not looking to buy, just to see what was out there. I was a little nervous about the dealer from my last interactions (at other dealerships). To our surprise, we ran into Joel Tolle at the dealership. Interacting with Joel was a great pleasure. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and focused on what I was looking for and helping me understand the Audi products. He was not pushy, just helpful. After seeing the A6 (and feeling very comfortable with the experience), Joel worked with us to get a new A6.
