I've dealt with 3 different Audi dealerships both in the U.S. and in Canada. This dealership does, hands down, deserve a 5 star PLUS rating over the rest. I had a gas cap cover issue, it would not open. I called service and they tole me to come in when I could and they would fit me in as an emergency. Dylan Crosby was my advisor and he was great. He checked me in and when he realized that they could not do the repair that day, he set me up with a loaner car. Dylan was off the day my car was ready for pick up and I then dealt with Fady Awadalla. He also was pleasant to deal with and a good communicator. This was my first service experience with Audi, I hope any others I have are the same. More

The service manager Mandy Walters was excellent and most willing to answer our questions. She went out of her way for us. We drove straight home and discovered chip in front windshield. Did not notice until we parked in our garage out of sunlight. Reported to dealership and a repair service was sent to our home. Upon completion of repair we were very disappointed because blemish is still there. The tech said he would let dealership know that we were disappointed. That was Monday and we have still not heard from the dealership. More
