And even though the vehicle was in high demand, Derek did not break the deal to make more money, but stick to what we agreed to. He also recommended a reliable transportation carrier that delivered the vehicle to me from FL to NY promptly and with no issues. I really appreciate his commitment, honesty and professionalism!
