On December 27, 2021 I walked into Audi Clearwater with little hope of finding a 2022 Audi Cabriolet given the worldwide supply chain issues. I was approached by Steve Yeager and I told him of my quest. H little hope of finding a 2022 Audi Cabriolet given the worldwide supply chain issues. I was approached by Steve Yeager and I told him of my quest. He smiled and said he would check incoming vehicles but didn’t offer much hope. As he was checking inbound shipments, he excused himself and walked around the corner and when he returned, he had a giant smile on his face and was holding a key! We went out to the lot and walked up to a gorgeous Quantum Gray and Black Audi S5 Cabriolet. After a quick tour and a great test ride, things started moving quickly. After an appraisal of my trade-in, a Purchase Agreement was presented which met with my approval and we struck a deal. While we were starting the paperwork, Ryan Wolfe walked up and introduced himself and said if I had the time, we could move through the paperwork right away and I could take delivery the next morning. I told him I had 45 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment. He promised to have me out in 30 minutes. He only missed his promised time by one minute! The next morning at 9:00, the car was on the showroom floor and ready to go. Thirty minutes later I was on my way with my new ride! Steve and Ryan made the transaction easy and painless. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and this was perhaps one of the best experiences I have had to date. More
