My first contact with Crown Audi was via their website - I sent a question about an Audi eTron. Steve Yeager grabbed my question and replied quickly. He stayed in contact with us as we waited for it to be built and delivered, and he spent a good deal of time with me, going over features and functions, when we took delivery the other day.
