I have interacted with several Audi dealerships across the country for service and Silvercar (now called Audi on Demand), but this dealership has consistently remained the best! Becky greets and comforts everyone as they walk in, Scott in Sales handles all sales with the upmost respect and understanding, everyone I have worked with in Parts (Jay, Lori, Brett, Damien) take care to help me locate or source any parts with ease, and Dan and Drew in Service alleviate all questions, or concerns with each appointment. Additionally, I need to draw special attention to Dan Prange on the Service Team. After working with Justin for many years, I was nervous when Dan took his place, but I could not be happier and more impressed. He is more familiar with VW/Audi's products than anyone I have met and especially with the TDIs (diesels). Each visit, Dan rolls out the Red Carpet, provides reasonable pricing, and thoroughly explains the services performed and any upcoming maintenance needs. And before picking up my vehicle, Aaron always does a beautiful job detailing it inside and out. Having owned nearly a dozen vehicles, my Audi Q7 TDI has been my absolute favorite. I frequently commute to Denver, averaging ~25k miles per year, and it has been the best vehicle I have owned. It is very reliable and has made it through the worst weather conditions out there. This incredible dealership extends the life of my vehicle and ensures it will be on the road for many miles to come.
