My last few service experiences at this dealership left more to be desired and not up to standard. I was in a week ago Friday for routine maintenance. Was told I need brakes and new tires. Break job was completed; however, there were only two of the four needed tires in stock. I was told by the service advisor that I needed to contact parts to order the tires. This made no sense to me but I called the parts department, told the clerk that I had an appointment for Saturday the 17th. I was told that it would take a day to get the tires and that they would be available for my appointment. I arrived Saturday morning shortly before 9:00am, grabbed a water, and began reading a book. After about 15 minutes I was informed that the tires were not ordered. It is over an hour drive from my house to the dealership. I wasted three hours. You may live here, work here, and worship here. I would prefer your dealership did its job here... More
