I arrived early for my appointment time. i walked in and all of the service members were on the telephone. I didn’t know what to do or where to stand to get the attention of an employee. I asked the woman i all of the service members were on the telephone. I didn’t know what to do or where to stand to get the attention of an employee. I asked the woman in the back if I could get a ride to the mall, and then someone greeted me. I was told they didn’t have me scheduled although I made my appointment by phone. They fit me in, which is why I rated my visit 3. This was not a typical visit, but definitely not 5 stars. More
