I like Audi Danbury, because of the personalized service. Al Cretacci has been the service manager on my car for over 4 years and he is excellent. Dave was great - found a big problem while Q5 is still under warranty that would have been an expensive fix. He’s always there to help. Fabulous customer service! Original diagnostic didn’t fix the problem, so they had me come back and found the glitch.
