Based on a comment I made, he immediately knew there were bigger issues with my vehicle than the service that was originally booked. He was able to get me a diagnostic and quote fairly quickly and knew that I was going to need a loaner for the duration of the repair. I originally was going to wait for the repair, but because it was more extensive than I realized, I ended up having to reschedule. Dash worked with me to figure out how best to proceed so that my car was safe to drive until he could order parts and secure a courtesy car. He communicated effectively and put my concerns to rest about timing etc, and overall it was as painless as getting a car fixed/serviced can be. Dash even helped us figure out an issue with our navigation connectivity and his help was so appreciated! We've been to several Audi dealerships over the years for service, this is one of the best!
