It was aweful I would never recommend taking your vehicle there for service. Had to wait 30 minutes for loaner car,the charges were excessive. Charged me over $100 to diagnose and then told me defective part but I would have to pay $900 to have it repaired. I have owned Mercedes and BMWs and never had an issue in 35 years. Never again More

First service that was not exceptional Alert on dash said my right rear light was not working despite that it appeared to be working to my evaluation. Went to AUDI and was told it was my l Alert on dash said my right rear light was not working despite that it appeared to be working to my evaluation. Went to AUDI and was told it was my left rear light and it was replaced. As I was driving out of AUDI after service was completed, the same alert message was on dashboard. Went back and they then told me it was the right rear light and part was ordered. The part arrived a few days later but was damaged so another one was ordered. Finally after about 10 days it was fixed. I'm not sure I needed to pay $700 for the left sided rear light. More

Very smooth experience I would have given 5 stars, but when I returned home I found a felt like material protruding from the seam between my rear bumper apron and the quarte I would have given 5 stars, but when I returned home I found a felt like material protruding from the seam between my rear bumper apron and the quarte panel. I am guessing it came from the car wash after the service. I was able to remove the material, but the apron and quarter panel no longer align properly. It is a very small issue, and not one I am willing to take the car back in for, because it is inconvenient. More
