BEST AUDI SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I had just moved to the area and my Q7 was having battery issues. I towed my vehicle to the dealership in Devon. Without knowing me, they had a loan I had just moved to the area and my Q7 was having battery issues. I towed my vehicle to the dealership in Devon. Without knowing me, they had a loaner sent to my house! They took care of my vehicle and made a detailed analysis of the problem. I should tell you that I moved from Frederick, MD and the Audi dealership is a money pit. Because of them, I was thinking about turning my Q7 for a Highlander. After going to the dealership in Deon, PA, I am ready trade my 2014 Q7 in for an upgraded model! The service team was amazing, customer service was amazing! Didn't fix the issue I brought my new Q5 in for service after only owning it for a few days to fix a rattle in the back seat. They claimed to have fixed the issue - but it I brought my new Q5 in for service after only owning it for a few days to fix a rattle in the back seat. They claimed to have fixed the issue - but it returned after only a day or two. I'm a busy executive with little time to be dropping my car of for service after only have it for a few weeks. I haven't had time to arrange to have this looked at AGAIN. Very frustrating More

I was thrilled when he informed me I was still covered under a "pre-owned vehicle warranty" (which is due to expire at the end of the month). I had been hesitant to pay the $450 or so for the two-part test, but when he informed me I was still covered, and that the price would only be $90, I couldn't say no! The dealership is also very good about having enough loaner cars available so I never have to miss work. AND it has the best coffee machine on the planet --- better than Starbucks! Just a perk if you are dropping your car off first thing in the morning. More
