I called Devon and received a call to come out the next day. I dropped my ca off and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within a day. Car has run great since. More

The hiccup - I was told that my car was ready to be picked-up, and it hadn't yet been washed. My wife and I had to wait about 1/2 hour for it to be washed and dried. Since we are at high-risk for the corona virus, sitting in the waiting room waiting for the car to be washed was not a pleasant experience. More

Yes is with caution. My experience this year is 360 degrees different that last year. I understand that dealerships have to sell services but hopefully they are actually necessary. I was, however, put in a position of being told I needed to pay for a service that had just been done a few days before. I even received attitude when I declined to pay. Very unsettling. Leaves me not knowing where I will go for my next Audi servicing. The question I ask myself: Will I get the 2019 treatment or the 2020.? More
