Audi Devon - Service Center

I attempted to get my service done at Audi in Wilmington as it was near my job and that would have been most convenient for me. Things did not go smoothly there so I chose to take my car and go somewhere el as it was near my job and that would have been most convenient for me. Things did not go smoothly there so I chose to take my car and go somewhere else. My husband read the reviews on many Audi dealers and decided Audi of Devon would be a good bet. Scheduling was a breeze and a car was waiting for me when I arrived. John Louangphom was my Audi Service Consultant. He provided me his number so that I could reach him if need be. My service appt was in Nov 2019. John handled my visit expeditiously and with great professionalism from beginning to end. We had some expensive repairs that were covered under a warranty that was soon to expire. John worked with that insurance company personally in an effort to get as much covered as possible. John was not satisfied with what the insurance company was going to pay so much so that he went a step further and spoke with a manager there to try and obtain more coverage. I was thrilled to not have to deal with an insurance company and I have every confidence that John did his very best to get things right. When it came to the actual repair work I was totally surprised and impressed when I received a video of the service technicians thorough inspection of my car. The video was zoomed in. We could clearly see everything he was talking about. When all was done with the thorough inspection there was no ambiguity when it came to the pricing and what needed to be done that day and what could wait a bit. I do not remember the name of the technician that worked in my car but Audi I am certain can check that out and let him know that we appreciate his good work. Even though this dealer is in the opposite direction from me I will NEVER go to another Audi dealer. Regards, Patty P. More
