Purchase New SQ5 We love our Audi, but the purchasing experience was less than desiberable. After we selected our vehicle we were told it would take 15 minutes to talk We love our Audi, but the purchasing experience was less than desiberable. After we selected our vehicle we were told it would take 15 minutes to talk with the finance representative. He then went to help customers at the VW dealership and we were ignored for an hour and a half. When he returned he spent a significant time discussing the extended warranty, but never told us about the Audi maintenance plan (our neighbor shared the information with us). Also, we were told by the salesman and finance representative that we had all season tires on the Audi, but they are summer tires. When we called back to talk about the tires we got no response for a few days and then we were told that is a high performance tire and is good for snow and ice. We live in the foothills and will buy winter tires, which is fine, just be honest. We are switching from a Lexus to an Audi and the Audi customer service is nill compared to Lexus. However, we live our SQ and will not let our purchasing and customer service taint our live if the vehicle. More

Worst Service Center Ever I have continually had a horrible service experience with this place. Today was the worst. I went in to have my car serviced and a new battery insta I have continually had a horrible service experience with this place. Today was the worst. I went in to have my car serviced and a new battery installed (to the tune of $500. They put the battery under the driver side seat so no other service center can touch it and they get to charge you outrageous amount.). OK, I get it gotta make money somewhere. However, when I get there my air conditioning is working just fine. When I pick up my car all of a sudden it does not work anymore. According to the service person it has nothing to do with the battery change or the other service that was done and to quote "it is your word against ours that it was working and we have on way of proving that it was working." xxx. I asked to speak to the technician but the service guy comes back and tells me too bad it will cost you another $600 on top of the $750 you just paid to get it fixed. xxx. The manager refuses to speak to me and when I confront him he says the service guy never said I wanted to speak to him. Service guy told me the manager won't come over and talk to me. xxx. If this is how you treat your customers is it a wonder you are still in business. Time to dump this piece of crap that I have had problems with every since I bought it and go back to Lexus where service is incomparable even if they are charging an arm and a leg they know how to treat their customers with respect. More

The BEST Service EVER!! I am so grateful for the service I received from Leon H in the Service Center. My 2015 A3 needed it's 35K Mile Service Maintenance and he had everyth I am so grateful for the service I received from Leon H in the Service Center. My 2015 A3 needed it's 35K Mile Service Maintenance and he had everything handled from the first phone call I made to make the appointment, to the time I pick up my car when it was finished. He was so detail oriented, it blew me away! He pretty much had the paperwork done before I even got there. All my questions were answered before I could even ask them. So my job was done before I there. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and you're very lucky to have him as an employee! I called Lasher and spoke to Daniel P. who immediately took ownership of the situation and confidently assured us he would take care of us. When we arrived the GSM, Jerry, greeted us and listened to our concern and worked in tandem with Daniel to close the deal in record time.
