Horrible follow up service Brought a 2018 Audi Q3 in Aug of 2017. Everything went well then. i'm a business owner so when we were closing on the vehicle, the salesmen told us Brought a 2018 Audi Q3 in Aug of 2017. Everything went well then. i'm a business owner so when we were closing on the vehicle, the salesmen told us of a maintenance program that covers everything on the vehicle. My wife had asked what about the tires and he said the tires and rims as well. He said any little thing and they'd pick it up, fix it and drop it off our business or home. I said thats ideal for us, so I purchased it. Two days ago my wife calls them up after noticing a little skin peeling off the right front passenger side wheel and was told that they don't pick up vehicles. i told them what we were told and they told us that if I dropped the vehicle off they would drop us back at business and drop off the vehicle. I agreed and today we went there and to my shock, they wanted to charge me for a new tire because we had no tire protection. i asked to talk to someone in charge. we waited for more than an hour and no one had yet to show up and thats when we left since we had to get back to business. Horrible customer service. Becareful buying from here. They treat you well at first, promise you programs that they don't live up to & the customer service there terrible. Audi lost a longterm customer. Avoid this place. More

Not sure if they 3 reviews 1.0 star rating 8/24/2016 I've had recurrent problems with the service dept at Town Audi. Not sure if they know what they are doing. My check engine light keeps coming on and every time I take it in and they cant seem to diagnose the problem. They keep giving me the run around and seem they are playing a guessing game. I picked up the car again 2 weeks ago, drove it for 30 miles and the check engine light is back on. Its extremely frustrating and time consuming to keep having to go there and yet the problem still persist. I've paid them a lot of money over the years for numerous things but I'm tired now. Or may be its Audi itself. I've never had this many problems with my BMW and beginning to think that may be it was a mistake to buy a Q5. The amount of issues I've had with my Audi, I wont be recommending Audi to any of my friends and certainly wont be owning another one. More

It was a simple and pain-free process and I was very grateful. I've been back to the dealer for service and unexpected problems from a flat tire and the service process was also comfortable and easy. Meanwhile, Linda saw me waiting for my car and she came over to see if I needed anything, showed me some new cars, went over new features, asked about my family (she remembered names of kids, grandkids, amazing). The owner of the dealership happened to walk through and asked if I needed anything else. That's something you don't see that often. More

Service department is excellent I have not bought a car from this dealership but I can tell you their service department is top notch. They took me in right away to re program a key I have not bought a car from this dealership but I can tell you their service department is top notch. They took me in right away to re program a key without an appointment (although I don't suggest that as appointments are always the best route). The place is so clean you could eat off the floors. I waited for my service and it was done really fast and the customer waiting area is very inviting. The service associates I saw were David S. and Tony Martins. They are hands down the most professional service personnel I have ever dealt with. Very happy with this dealership and I I ever buy another Audi this is where I will be coming. More

From the friendly greeting upon entering, to the professional and knowledgeable client account managers, to the well trained mechanics, to the bottle of water and mints you receive in your newly repaired (and washed) car when it’s finished, it really is a unique and delightful customer experience. I recently had my car serviced at Town Audi. I unfortunately had a run-in with a squirrel, or better said, the squirrel decided to take up residence in my engine to get out of the freezing cold, snow filled winter of 2015. The damage was extensive and unusual…most of the electrical wiring was destroyed, hoses were chewed up, the fuel line was damaged, sensors had to be replaced and on and on. Melanie and Steve, the Town Audi client service managers, jumped right in to help me. They handled every single detail of the repair including dealing with my insurance company, ordering parts (not typically ordered) from Germany, and keeping me informed every step of the way. It was through Steve and Melanie’s direct actions…their detailed explanations, their patience with the insurance process, their relentless phone calls to my insurance agent, that the cost of the entire repair was covered by my insurance company. But that wasn’t all! While my car was in the shop, I mentioned to Steve and Melanie a long standing problem I was having. My car was not starting properly and I wasn’t sure what the issue was. Steve and Melanie stepped right in to ensure this problem was addressed while the car was getting the other repairs…. AND they ensured and confirmed that the repair was covered under my warranty. Had I taken the car to another dealer, I am sure I would have had trouble with the warranty issue. My car now drives like it is brand new! I cannot thank Steve, Melanie and the entire Town Audi Service team enough. They really went above and beyond for me. I will ALWAYS bring my car to Town Audi for service and I am a loyal Audi client for life! More
