Horrible experience Worst experience I have ever had. Doubt I will be using this facility again. Was promised this process would take one hour on an oil change. Well, I finally got my vehicle back SIX hours later. The consultant claimed my car was wash, but it obviously wasn't after the car was pulled up to the front of the dealership. It took another 10 minutes for the car to get washed. The mechanic claimed I had about 4000 in parts that could be replaced. Ironic, because a few of these parts had been recently replaced since I purchased the car in September of 2013. I had to probe to get the answers I was looking for. I will warn ALL perspective customers before getting service at your facility. Extremely frustrating process. More

Franklin was by far the best car dealership employee I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help me not only when I had an issue, but whenever and however possible. Even though I purchased my A7 elsewhere, Franklin and the entire team went above and beyond to create a truly outstanding dealership experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this entire dealership - and entire town motors group - to anyone and everyone. When I needed to purchase another vehicle (this time not an audi), I went out of my way to stay within the Town Motors family because of my past experiences here. Highly recommended. More

Unbelievable service! Kept us waiting almost four hours when we were told it would only take an hour. We were not given any updates unless we asked. We were felt taken advantage of and overcharged.
