Horrible experience Worst experience I have ever had. Doubt I will be using this facility again. Was promised this process would take one hour on an oil change. Well, I finally got my vehicle back SIX hours later. The consultant claimed my car was wash, but it obviously wasn't after the car was pulled up to the front of the dealership. It took another 10 minutes for the car to get washed. The mechanic claimed I had about 4000 in parts that could be replaced. Ironic, because a few of these parts had been recently replaced since I purchased the car in September of 2013. I had to probe to get the answers I was looking for. I will warn ALL perspective customers before getting service at your facility. Extremely frustrating process. More
Franklin was by far the best car dealership employee I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help me not only when I had an issue, but whenever and however possible. I drove 30-40 minutes to this dealership, past 2 others, just because of the level of service Franklin and his team provided. Even though I purchased my A7 elsewhere, Franklin and the entire team went above and beyond to create a truly outstanding dealership experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this entire dealership - and entire town motors group - to anyone and everyone. When I needed to purchase another vehicle (this time not an audi), I went out of my way to stay within the Town Motors family because of my past experiences here. Highly recommended. More
Unbelievable service! Kept us waiting almost four hours when we were told it would only take an hour. We were not given any updates unless we asked. We were felt taken advantage of and overcharged. I bought my car here. Throughout the interaction - multiple calls, two visits - I always got the feeling i was dealing with a 2nd grade used-car lot. Vinnie always goes out of his way for the customers of Town Audi. Since I am heavily involved with online European car forums and blogs, I tend to discuss technical details with Vinnie. He always takes the time to find the answer, verify part numbers and discuss the issues that happened at great length. I've never had such great customer service anywhere. Based on my experience with Vinnie, I don't know how anyone can ever have a bad customer service experience when looking for an Audi at Town Audi. People rarely take the time out of their day to commend the good aspects of car dealerships but I believe they deserve a bonus or reward for their continued level of customer care. More

I will hightly recommend Town Audi for servicing your Audi, they really take good care of your vehicle. As part of the CPO process, they performed the 35K mile service, replaced front brake pads and rotors, replaced Engin Start/Stop button, faulty seat belt buckle etc ... Complete customer satisfaction is their motto and now this is 'My Town Audi'!! More
Went in for a oil change with a coupon price: $59.99 they told me they would replace ignition coils free of charge ok.. Next day, couldnt steer the car. Steering wheel was hard to steer. Open the hood, the mechanic had forgotten his Audi wrench inside on top of engine. Bring it back on Monday.. $2,743.00 estimated cost of repair. Jon DeGraw , service manager tells me it was "bound to happen". I brought it in in perfect running condition and one day later it casually breaks down after the mechanic ruins it.. how convenient for them. Manager tells me best they can do is 10% off.. BEWARE OF THIS AUDI SERVICE!!! More
