I would like to commend Town Audi for their amazing customer service. Vinnie Pirruccio is hands down the best service provider I have ever worked with. He always takes the time to find the answer, verify part numbers and discuss the issues that happened at great length. I've never had such great customer service anywhere. Based on my experience with Vinnie, I don't know how anyone can ever have a bad customer service experience when looking for an Audi at Town Audi. People rarely take the time out of their day to commend the good aspects of car dealerships but I believe they deserve a bonus or reward for their continued level of customer care. More

As part of the CPO process, they performed the 35K mile service, replaced front brake pads and rotors, replaced Engin Start/Stop button, faulty seat belt buckle etc ... Complete customer satisfaction is their motto and now this is 'My Town Audi'!! More

Went in for a oil change with a coupon price: $59.99 they told me they would replace ignition coils free of charge ok.. Next day, couldnt steer the car. Steering wheel was hard to steer. Open the hood, the mechanic had forgotten his Audi wrench inside on top of engine. Bring it back on Monday.. $2,743.00 estimated cost of repair. Jon DeGraw , service manager tells me it was "bound to happen". I brought it in in perfect running condition and one day later it casually breaks down after the mechanic ruins it.. how convenient for them. Manager tells me best they can do is 10% off.. BEWARE OF THIS AUDI SERVICE!!! More

I bought my truck in for service, it was at 4:00 pm i called to see if i could bring it in right away as i was having a problem with it and i needed it for work the next day. I was told to come right in i might have to wait a few because i had no appointment but i got in about 20 minutes after i arrived and they fixed the problem at n/c to me because it was a simple problem with a wire loose. This could have been worse as i am no way mechanically inclined they could have told me i needed parts and really took advantage of me. They are pleasant people and i would recommend them to any one . Thank you for your kind and honest people. More

I leased my Mercury through Town Motors. They gave me a fair deal on my car and they are located close to my home. Service was horrendous, the staff was rude and I have had continued problems with my car since I pulled it out of the dealership 2 years ago. I have been called a liar by the service technicians and staff for my continued car issues for over 2 years. I even went as far as calling Ford Corporate to inform them on the service I have received from Town Motors. My lease is over in less than a month and I cannot wait to throw the car back at them. My wife needed her car serviced and it's convenient b/c we don't live too far from here. A number of neighbors had told us they had gone for different things and wouldn't go back again. I have heard some bad stuff about what they do to the used cars for sale. But I thought how easy it was to drop the car off for a service and go back later in the day. The service was terrible, my 5 year old could have done a better job. They don't fill the oil properly on the oil change, the tires weren't rotated correctly and there was oil dripping on my wife's car seat which is leather. I complained to this guy about the work and he at first seemed amenable to hearing the complaint but when I mentioned refund or a reduction in price b/c of the lack of service and if he had spoken to the guy who had worked on the car he changed his attitude. He doesn't care about keeping customers only getting 'em in and making money, so many of us won't be returning to this place. Stay away from here, go somewhere that cares about customer service. I doubt they will survive another year with this guy Nidowicz, if time had been a luxury I would have like to have paid him a visit in person to change his attitude. More

This dealership, like others, buys leftover used cars from the surrounding area (Ramsey), so be careful if you notice a car with those "stickers". They are very concerned with bad customer surveys, in fact challenging or confronting you if you call back for anything eles...but be honest. I have had to bring back the car twice, and now will be going to another dealer to get the work done correctly. More

Why was I told when I purchased my Audi that all service was included for free.....I bring in my car for service request the free oil change etc....and they try to sell me all sorts of other sercice. It's very obvious that the people behind the counter work on commission! Also, many other websites are stating that this dealer has all sorts of customers service related law suits pending. It's pretty bad customers sue a dealer, but when emplyees sue...well, that tells you someting.....The dealer himself is never available.... I brought my car to another Audi ...and it was the total opposite.. They welcomed me, and advised me what they were going to do for free......very very refreshing....... More
