Actual Convo with the service staff picking up my Q5. .. Me: "When I dropped this off I said the lane assist wasn't working right and mentioned the 360 cameras didn't line up. On this report they said the 360 cameras just never line up on these and it would cost $900 to calibrate it after owning it 12 months... I wanted the lane assist addressed..." *Service Calls someone on phone and says yeah a few times* Service: "They compared it against other Q5s and they're like that." Me: "So they drove it around and compared it?" Service: "Yes, they took it on the expressway and it's just how these are" Me: "So your report says you put less than a mile on the car, you're telling me you drove on the expressway, exited, turned around, drove back in under a mile?" Service: "The expressway is right here.." Me: "And when I check the dashcam they'll have driven it?" Service: nods Checked the dashcam, wasn't driven... at all. Got taken to the side lot, washed, and oil changed. Lied to my face. Didn't address a problem that they couldn't charge for. Audi's sales dropped 21%, I'm sure the customer/ownership experience on a $65,000+ car might have something to do with that. More

I experienced vibrations in the vehicle’s headliner, and over time, the noise became quite bothersome, so I decided to get it serviced. It took over two months to receive the replacement parts, but Chris, the service advisor, regularly updated me on the status of the part order. Once the parts arrived, the Audi dealer quickly scheduled the service and proceeded with the replacement. Replacing the headliner was a big job, and the dealer took three days to complete the work. The entire process was done perfectly, and the vibrations are no longer present. While I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the Audi vehicle, I am very satisfied with the dealer's service. If you want to take good care of your Audi, I highly recommend the Englewood Audi service. More

My second Audi from Audi of Englewood and more impressed than ever with them. Last night, my new Q8 had an error message appear and today I had to drive upstate, NY. I called the service department as i as than ever with them. Last night, my new Q8 had an error message appear and today I had to drive upstate, NY. I called the service department as i as crossing the GW bridge and they said to bring it in for a quick scan to be sure all is OK. Chris in the service department was super helpful in getting me in and out, and Eddie Lopez, the master technician assured me the error message had self corrected. Just the kind of help you hope for when you buy a car. Thank you! More
