Kristina was very helpful and engaged to figure out how to address the issues. Paul was the technician. He was extremely helpful, informative and professional. This is now 3rd time my 2023 AUDI RS5 (9300 miles) is in the shop for “engine 3500 RPM” and starts shutting down - had to be towed twice bc car shutoff while driving and almost was in dangerous situation an the shop for “engine 3500 RPM” and starts shutting down - had to be towed twice bc car shutoff while driving and almost was in dangerous situation and scared for my life. Where the service people were courteous and respectful all good. But I was quoted over 15,000 dollars for some front end work and some Turbo work. Quote was more than blue book value of car.
