Over the phone they was very nice and welcoming but when I got there I not sure if it’s cause I’m black but they was acting real weird when I came in for service I had a appointment and was scheduled to pic I got there I not sure if it’s cause I’m black but they was acting real weird when I came in for service I had a appointment and was scheduled to pick up a loaner today I got there and the employees wasn’t happy with a smile or given off good vibes the person that was putting my information in was like it’s no loaner available mine you I had appointment for today to get service and a loaner after I just drove 35 minutes to the dealership and waited a week just to get service with Audi this was a sad and embarrassing day for me never going back there they made me feel some kind of way no lie More

2017 Audi S6 service Recently had my 2017 Audi S6 serviced at Town Audi. My service advisor was Jeremy and service tech was Rob. I have had many vehicles serviced at many Recently had my 2017 Audi S6 serviced at Town Audi. My service advisor was Jeremy and service tech was Rob. I have had many vehicles serviced at many dealerships throughout the years and with different brands. This was by far the best overall experience. The level of customer service, knowledge and attention to detail not only met my expectations by exceeded them (keeping in my I tend to have high expectations) I will certain be servicing my vehicle with Jermey and Rob at Town Audi as well as referring my friends, family and colleagues.
