Great experience with Audi Escondido. Originally brought my 2021 SQ5 in for it's first service. Service experience was excellent and while there negotiated for an ordered RS5. The RS5 Originally brought my 2021 SQ5 in for it's first service. Service experience was excellent and while there negotiated for an ordered RS5. The RS5 had been ordered a month prior but I was still able to customize it to my specs. Spoke with Jaron (Sales Associate), Todd (Sales Manager) and Matt (General Manager), agreed on price and provided a small deposit. I knew I had an extended wait for the car but Jaron was very good at communicating and keeping me updated. About six months later, car arrived at the SD Port and was there less than two week before it's journey to Escondido. Jaron advised me the vehicle was ready for delivery and I arrived the next day. Absolutely relaxing buying experience. Price was the original price as quoted at the time of the order, no high pressure sales tactics for extended warranties and such, Tim in finance was great to work with and expedited all the necessary documentation. Certainly a very enjoyable car buying experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again for future purchases. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership from service to sales to finance were very friendly and not pushy. I very much appreciate that. More
