Great customer service! We ended up at Audi Kirkwood because of a freak accident that created a hole in my gas tank during a road trip. Cori called to reserve us a rental car We ended up at Audi Kirkwood because of a freak accident that created a hole in my gas tank during a road trip. Cori called to reserve us a rental car, and even helped us with the idea of purchasing a new car at that time. While we did not purchase anything that day, we eventually made an insurance claim to repair the gas tank. The service department was very informative and helpful along the way, while dealing with our less than helpful insurance company. A few weeks later we ended up purchasing a 2017 Q5 with Cori. We live 5 hours from Audi Kirkwood, so we had to do a lot of things over the phone, and were even in a pretty tight time crunch at the time. Literally, I think the whole team, from management, sales, service, and financing were doing backflips to help us and they did. Cori stayed in contact constantly has been very available and helpful after the sale to answer questions and help out with anything I needed. Great team! I would recommend Cori Rice all day long! More
