Charles, Although negative, I appreciate any and all reviews given to us here at the dealership. I take every opportunity to try and better things on our end - criticism only helps us do that. To your point, though, I did fulfill the requests for Rubber Mats for your vehicle, as stated by yourself. I believe we had a miscommunication in regards to any additional mats that were expected. We always use the "We Owe" forms for things that are expected after point of delivery, which both you and myself signed, stating rubber mats were owed. I also wish things were brought to my attention much sooner - not two months after the point of delivery. It would have given me the ability to address things differently and accordingly. We do appreciate your business here at the dealership and will work better to clarify things like this on our end to the best of our ability for future consumers. Yes there was and still is miscommunication! I recognized you wrote the “we owe” form. It does read floor mats. After all the discussions my wife had with your sales man it was assumed we would be getting a complete set of “floor” mats. As already stated, my wife called on this issue once we were aware that we did not get the rear FLOOR mat. The timing when you first heard about the issue really shouldn’t be a factor but if you are claiming that you first heard about this from my visit on the 8th then your sales man made a decision to offer us the purchase of the mat at cost without your knowledge, as he was contacted! We know what we were expecting to receive and we made that clear as soon as we realized we didn’t get it. The miscommunication stems from the fact that you weren’t involved with the conversations had while we were shopping for this car and I didn’t think there was a difference in what floor mats meant as opposed to a cargo mat. It’s felt that you Owe us a rear Floor/Cargo mat to for-fill your end of the “We Owe” contract. Chad
