I dropped my car off on Friday and met with Joe in service who told me the would also be doing a complimentary inspection of my car and suggest any repairs the car may need . I was called on Saturday and told the car was done and surgery went well ! Picked up my car and it was all cleaned up and ready to go! A+ for the whole team at Mattie ! More

Well , not really sure how I feel about that because I still don't have a smooth drive over 60 on highway. Mulling it over. Last time I was in almost a year ago- my vehicle was returned sparkling clean -like new. This time I noticed that the front carpets were vacuumed but that was it. Nothing else even wiped down- not sure if this is supposed to be included in the charge of 266.21. ( I thought at dealers it was part of the package-and hence the expense) Not impressed this visit. was happier last year. Considering going to a different dealer or just taking care of vehicle at private mechanic. More

Nope not the case! They took care of the headlight recall , tire rotation and the 50,000 mile check too! they were on top of everything! I was so relieved! And happy they proved my husband wrong😊 More
