Oil change was fine. The complimentary wash and vacuum on the other hand was terrible. I don't know if they were in a rush but they've done much better in the p was fine. They used to tire shine the wheels and vacuum the whole floor. They only washed it, no tire shine, and vacuumed the front. Maybe I caught them on an off day. One bad experience won't stop me from going there again but I hope they step it back up to when I first went. More

An Audi salesman, Sean Drury, noticed my plight. He came to the rescue. A ride home in beautiful Audi. What a treat. The next day a service manager called to say my car was ready, that the problem was resolved. I expected a healthy charge for all this service. Total: $65.00. Tell me anyplace that treats there customers this good. You can't. More

The work took 1 hour, as expected. Joe was courteous and thorough, completing a safety inspection and a car wash.
