Wasted time due to miscommunication. I called to make an appointment for a tire replacement and they never confirmed they even had the tire, so when I went in to get it fixed, they didn't I called to make an appointment for a tire replacement and they never confirmed they even had the tire, so when I went in to get it fixed, they didn't have the tire and still needed to order it. I had to leave with the spare tire still on and come back yet again wasting more time. It was very frustrating to me that someone would book an appointment with me and not check if they even had to tire in stock. The service guy helping me was not apologetic at all and provided me with no compensation for my troubles. The following day I did receive good service and the rest of the experience was fine. Jason even called me to let me know my tire was ready for instillation. However when my car was ready Aaron came into the waiting room to let me know and Jason jumped out of his chair and very, very aggressively stated that I had not paid for my service. I had not even stepped out of the waiting room when this was being said. It made me feel like a criminal trying to get away with a free tire. It was embarrassing and was completely unnecessary. More

Oil change tire rotation The oil change and tire rotation was fine but the vacuum part of the wash and vac service was horrible. They did not vacuum out the rear seating area of my Audi A6 and the front part was done very poorly. For the two hours I waited at the dealership this could have been done much better. I would have went in and said something but I had to be somewhere in short amount of time after my appointment. More
Never again I went in for an oil change on my 2014 VW Jetta. I also had them look at my side mirror that needs to be fixed. They quoted me an outrageous price and when I declined they gave me my car back with the mirror taped up with blue tape - COVERING THE MIRROR!!!!! I could not drive car like that. They were very annoyed when I went back for them to fix. Then the next day while I was driving to NJ the cover under my car came off on the NJ turnpike at 2am while I was driving. This happened because they did not secure it after they did the oil change. I advise everyone to never use Mattie Imports I just saw the response to my review and unfortunately Mattie Imports was again incorrect. I called 3 days after I picked up my car from your shop, not 12 days. I also have pictures of the mirror-before and after-if anyone is interested in seeing them. It is a shame that Mattie Imports cannot own the mistakes they made and fix it so that it doesn’t happen again. More
