Mr. Aberle, We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write a review about your experience here at Mattie Imports, albeit not to the standard in which we hold ourselves to. In regards to your situation, we tried rectifying things immediately with you and the vehicle you purchased. When it was brought to my attention that the vehicle did not have a license plate bracket, we immediately ordered one and had it put on the vehicle as soon as it arrived, to which you were satisfied. At no point did you ever reach out to our dealership to have us rectify or address any concerns you had with the vehicle and/or the brakes. If you had, I can assure you we would have taken the necessary steps to fix and/or replace the brakes - however you never gave us the opportunity. At the time of negotiations and purchasing of the vehicle, the Audi CPO folder was presented to you for your review and ultimately was signed by you as well. Unfortunately our Audi CPO Booklets & Warranty Information had all been allocated and we were awaiting for more to arrive at the dealership - we should have communicated this more clearly. Ultimately we take every review and customer experience as a way to better ourselves. Although at the Point of Sale a couple items needed to be addressed, we handled everything that was brought to our attention promptly for you. I wish you had communicated to us their was an issue with the brakes so we could have taken the necessary steps in making sure you were satisfied.
