In and out x2 I stopped in for headlight replacement and brake inspection as my last visit identified a need on my next visit. After in the bay for review they replaced the breaks (great) but then found it wasn’t a headlight, but a connector that needed replacing. The disappointment was that they didn’t have the part, so I had to come back almost a week later. It happens and I get it, just a little inconvenience of course. Jason was great in communicating but a frustrating experience to have to come in again for something relatively simple. I’m also not a fan of the lack of loaner vehicles for those in service; especially in cases like this. More

Enjoyable experience Found my Volkswagen Beetle on the internet. The salesman greeted us promptly and had the car waiting for us. Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful answering any car related questions about Bettlesnin general and the history of the specific vehicle. Finance department was closed at the time but got Paperwork together via phone and federal express so additional long car rides were avoided until it was time to pick up the car. Although I recommend anyone doing paperwork this way needs to take time reading All the documents to ensure everyone is on the same page, the overall process went well. I am a proud owner of a Beetle and I love driving it!! More

"Old School" Customer Service Bought a new GTI end of April. Started hearing a weird vibration recently, at certain rpms. Brought it in for a technician to hear the sound (hard t Bought a new GTI end of April. Started hearing a weird vibration recently, at certain rpms. Brought it in for a technician to hear the sound (hard to induce, harder to trace), and decide where to go from there. For this visit, I was hoping to ascertain whether it was related to engine or transmission. Aaron, the foreman, took a ride with me, and was determined to find and resolve the problem once he heard it. It was difficult to find (very difficult). Ray the service manager stepped in to help. Rather than make me come back (inconvenient, as I live far away), they stepped up and worked on the car, found the problem, and fixed it, all in one visit. Awesome guys, awesome dealership that reminds me of "old school" service, all but gone these days. Aside: problem was minor (non-dangerous fuel line vibration in the housing), and I have not heard it since leaving that day! More
